Ashlee Powers (she/her/hers) has over 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience and a Master of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Ashlee resides in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee about 25 miles south of Nashville, Tennessee where she recently spent the last six years working as Senior Human Resources Manager at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Before that, she served at both the State and University of Colorado, where she specialized in various areas of HR in both the private and non-profit sector. Ashlee has often been referred to as a “staff advocate” and an empathetic professional that strives to treat people the way they want to be treated and supports total-person wellness. She believes that Human Resources serves as a strategic business partner and places both people and culture at the heart of every organization she serves.
